Sculptor – Star Wars, Alien, James Bond, Harry Potter
Brian Muir is among the most respected sculptors and artists in the film industry. He has created numerous recognizable characters, sets and props for commercials, television, and film, including the iconic Darth Vader helmet for the iconic Star Wars saga, the Stormtrooper armor, the Death Star Droid, and the C-3PO finishing touches. Mugg has been involved in the creation of over 70 major motion picture titles that remain in history, including the James Bond films, Alien, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom, Harry Potter, Guardians of the Galaxy, Thor: The Dark World, Lara Croft, Planet of the Apes, Mission Impossible, and more.
Brian Mur is coming to Bulgaria to meet the Bulgarian audience at Aniventure Comic Con on July 5 in Hall 4 at Inter Expo Center, where he will tell more about himself and answer questions about his exciting career.
Director – James Bond, The mask of Zorro
Martin Campbell is a New Zealand director known for his work on two James Bond movies: “GoldenEye” (1995) and “Casino Royale” (2006). He is the next special guest at Aniventure Comic Con 2025. In 2011, Campbell also directed the movie “Green Lantern”, starring Hollywood stars Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively. Additionally, he directed “The Mask of Zorro” (1995), working alongside multiple award winners, including Academy Award winner Sir Anthony Hopkins, Antonio Banderas, and Catherine Zeta-Jones, and later he directs the sequel of the movie. In 1986, the miniseries “Edge of Darkness”, which he directed, won a BAFTA Award for Best Drama Series. Don’t miss the opportunity to meet the renowned director in Hall 4, on Saturday, July 5, at the Inter Expo Center, where he will participate in a special panel answering questions and sharing stories about himself and his work on blockbuster titles.
Animation Studio
Studio Zmei creates quality animation production since 2015. The productions they have worked on over these 10 years are distributed in over 130 territories worldwide and broadcast on HBO Max, Cartoon network, Rai Kids, Canal+ and more. One of the main goals, besides working on high quality animation productions, is to attract talented Bulgarian professionals to realize their potential in large scale projects. After their pilot project “The Golden Apple”, an animated series based on Bulgarian folklore, Studio Zmei will present their new original project “Mila and Marco”. On July 6 in Hall 4, they will be part of the guests at this year’s Aniventure Comic Con. Aside from “Mila and Marco,” the studio will also share more about their third international co-production, “Podzemiya & Kotatsi” which, along with “Mila and Marco,” we can look forward to seeing on the small screen in 2026.
